RETURN & EXCHANGE

 

Australian & International Returns:

 

Your purchase should feel considered and confident. If for any reason your piece isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, including sale items.

Australian customers receive complimentary return shipping.

 

Returns are simple and processed quickly once your parcel arrives back to us. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll take care of it immediately.

 


 

How to Return Your Item:

  1. Log in to your House of Slani account
  2. Go to “My Orders”
  3. Select your order and click “Request Return”
  4. Submit your request

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return label with instructions.

Please wait for approval before sending your item back.

Return Requirements:

To be eligible for return, your item must be:

 

• Unworn
• In original condition
• Returned with all original packaging
• Requested within 30 days of delivery

 


 

International Returns: 

International customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

Refunds & Store Credit:

Once we receive and inspect your return, you may choose either:

• A refund to your original payment method, or
• Store credit issued via digital gift card

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Store credit is issued once your return has been approved and can be used on any future purchase.
